Hemet Valley Monuments went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service during a most difficult time. They were kind, compassionate, and provided us many options to select a headstone at a reasonable price. We were so pleased with everything, that we decided to replace our Grandmother's headstone to match my Aunt and Grandfather's. I contacted this company looking for a headstone for my dear aunt and uncle. I spoke with someone( I think it was Laura) who was helpful and said she would send me a layout and quote. A week later I still had not heard back from her. So I called to follow up. I explained my situation to the new person who answered my call. She said that she could not find any of the info that I gave to Laura. I asked if she could get in touch with Laura as I did not want to go through the whole thing again. She said that she was on vacation and no way to reach her. And her tone was one of indifference to this mess up on their part. Needless to say I will not be using them and found another company with excellent Yelp ratings that was also $400 less expensive and very friendly and helpful.
