I contacted this company looking for a headstone for my dear aunt and uncle. I spoke with someone( I think it was Laura) who was helpful and said she would send me a layout and quote. A week later I still had not heard back from her. So I called to follow up. I explained my situation to the new person who answered my call. She said that she could not find any of the info that I gave to Laura. I asked if she could get in touch with Laura as I did not want to go through the whole thing again. She said that she was on vacation and no way to reach her. And her tone was one of indifference to this mess up on their part. Needless to say I will not be using them and found another company with excellent Yelp ratings that was also $400 less expensive and very friendly and helpful.

Leslie at Oaktree engraving did a remarkable job for my Dad's marker. She was kind, caring and patient. The finished product looks absolutely beautiful, perfect, exactly what I wanted, and this brings me comfort. Thank you so much for helping me design and create this lovely and very special memorial.
